Shakshuka.
Shakshuka is an Israeli dish of eggs cooked over in a sauce of tomatoes, peppers, and onions, often spiced with cumin and paprika. I came across this recipe online when I was craving for falafel, and seeing that it only has a few ingredients, I decided to try it for breakfast. we ate this baby with dinner rolls and it was really good, the aroma is pretty appetizing too, although i made it a bit too spicy by putting too much paprika. haha would definitely try this recipe again.
