This was for a friend whom I thought would be someone else.

On that same day when I happen to see you, I never thought I'd feel that way towards you.

I knew you were different,
weird,
as they all say.

At that I was intrigued,
challenged,
if you may.

I was not naturally amicable,
but I
tried to understand your trouble.

I had ignored it
once,
and gave it another glance.

Everything looked promising,
then again,
I didn't know if you were
faking.

Well now, I ask:
what was I to you?
You've been ignoring me,
as if I am somebody
you never knew.

Did you even consider me
as a friend?
because lately
I felt that you never did,
and I am afraid this is
the end.
