Curry Tuna Nuggets.
Browsing through the interwebs, I stumbled across a recipe with simple and healthy ingredients so I decided to try it out for myself.
Curry Tuna Nuggets recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 medium potato, boiled
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can tuna
- 1 onion, minced
- salt and pepper
- curry powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- breadcrumbs
- chili powder (optional)
Procedure:
- mash the potato. You can either saute the garlic, onion and tuna for 1-2 minutes or mix it in with the potatoes, just make sure to mix them well.
- add salt, pepper and curry powder to taste. you can also add chili powder if you want it more spicy.
- form balls from the mixture and flatten it a bit. you can make it into a square shape or whatever shape you like as long as it is in once piece.
- on a skillet, heat oil for frying. you can either deep fry or shallow fry them, but I recommend deep frying.
- when the oil is hot enough, dip the nuggets in egg then roll it on the breadcrumbs. fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.
- congratulations, you just made a decent meal for yourself. now go and enjoy your hard work! :)
