Curry Tuna Nuggets.

Browsing through the interwebs, I stumbled across a recipe with simple and healthy ingredients so I decided to try it out for myself. 


Curry Tuna Nuggets recipe
 Ingredients:
  • 1 medium potato, boiled
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can tuna
  • 1 onion, minced
  • salt and pepper 
  • curry powder
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • breadcrumbs
  • chili powder (optional)

Procedure: 
  1. mash the potato. You can either saute the garlic, onion and tuna for 1-2 minutes or mix it in with the potatoes, just make sure to mix them well.
  2. add salt, pepper and curry powder to taste. you can also add chili powder if you want it more spicy.
  3. form balls from the mixture and flatten it a bit. you can make it into a square shape or whatever shape you like as long as it is in once piece.
  4. on a skillet, heat oil for frying. you can either deep fry or shallow fry them, but I recommend deep frying.
  5. when the oil is hot enough, dip the nuggets in egg then roll it on the breadcrumbs. fry for 3 minutes or until golden brown.  
  6. congratulations, you just made a decent meal for yourself. now go and enjoy your hard work! :)
