Butter Garlic Chicken.
This recipe is a no-brainer, the title even says it all. I woke up late that's why I opted to do this quick and easy recipe. haha
Butter Garlic Chicken recipe
Ingredients:
- a medium-sized carrot, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- salt and pepper
- half chicken breast (or any part you like)
Procedure:
- rub the chicken breast with salt and pepper while heating up the skillet in medium heat.
- melt butter in the skillet, put the garlic, but don't let it burn! you can turn down the heat if you want. put the chicken skin side first. let it cook for a minute then cover and cook for another 4 minutes.
- check the chicken if the skin side is cooked, then flip it over. cook for another 4 minutes with cover. it's cooked when its not pinkish and quite firm.
- remove the chicken and drain excess oil/butter (or not). put the carrots on the skillet and cook until tender or to your preferred crunchiness.
- congratulations, you just made a decent meal for yourself. now go and enjoy your hard work! :)
