Garlic Pepper Tofu.

Inspired by Jollibee's garlic pepper beef. I was craving for that one morning but I didn't want to eat fast food so I made my own healthier version. 


Garlic Pepper Tofu recipe
 Ingredients:
  • a cube of firm tofu, cut into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp butter, softened
  • salt and pepper 
  • soy sauce
Procedure: 
  1. cut the tofu into strips.
  2. put a tablespoon of soy sauce, pinch of pepper and salt. you can add more if you like.
  3. mix and toss the tofu to cover it with soy sauce. prepare skillet with oil.
  4. when the oil is hot enough, saute the garlic for a minute then put the tofu and let it cook for 3 minutes or more.
  5. congratulations, you just made a decent meal for yourself. now go and enjoy your hard work! :)
