Garlic Pepper Tofu.
Inspired by Jollibee's garlic pepper beef. I was craving for that one morning but I didn't want to eat fast food so I made my own healthier version.
Garlic Pepper Tofu recipe
Ingredients:
- a cube of firm tofu, cut into strips
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 tbsp butter, softened
- salt and pepper
- soy sauce
Procedure:
- cut the tofu into strips.
- put a tablespoon of soy sauce, pinch of pepper and salt. you can add more if you like.
- mix and toss the tofu to cover it with soy sauce. prepare skillet with oil.
- when the oil is hot enough, saute the garlic for a minute then put the tofu and let it cook for 3 minutes or more.
- congratulations, you just made a decent meal for yourself. now go and enjoy your hard work! :)
